How should I prepare
for a Virtual Tour?

By ensuring that your
home is as clutter-free as possible. Keep kitchen surfaces free
from incidental items - the more clear surface area the better.
Removing magnets from the refrigerator door helps enlarge the
kitchen, as does removing small kitchen appliances, such as a
toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Turn ON all lights in
every room to be photographed.

Open all draperies
and blinds if possible.

Is ViziTours insured?

Yes, we carry
insurance for $1,000,000, so that in the event of accidental
breakage, we are covered. However, the technology we use ensures
that your rooms should remain totally undisturbed.

Do you rearrange
furniture or accent pieces for better views?

How long does a
Virtual Tour take to photograph?

Our basic package
typically takes over an hour and is dependent on the number of
views you request. Once the camera has been set up initially at
each property, it can easily be moved from location to location.
Most of our time is spent finding and positioning the camera in
exactly the right spot for optimum results. This is especially
true for external shots.

How soon will my
Virtual Tour be online?

Who chooses the views
for the tour?

We prefer it if, in
advance of the photo-shoot, you choose the views you would like
included in the tour. However, we'll be happy to offer advice on
the suitability of different locations when we arrive at the
property.

Really small or dark rooms do not lend themselves well
to 360 degree panoramic photography. We may suggest other
options for these rooms, but the final choice is left to you,
our customer.

Can I change the
number of views I want after ordering a package?
